Matilda Jarvis
Matilda started out as a Buffy kind of character and evolved into something a lot more complex. She has a terrible relationship with her single mother, Helena, and takes the standard teenage parental conflict to a whole other level. She also hates William, my main character, for messing with her mother’s emotions and she does everything she can to block their relationship. Ive been told that Matilda some people find Matilda a bit bratty. I was actually aiming for a teenager whose relationship with her mother breaks down over trust issues just as she’s trying to work out who she is. In addition to this, she experiences things that push her to the edge, and I believe her choices to be understandable, even if wrong
